FlavorGod Seasonings

FlavorGod is a national seasoning brand that came to us to sharpen its R&D, choose better suppliers, and lock down quality.

Supply Chain Diversification

FlavorGod came to us the way most of our clients do — with a specific problem, then a few more. A direct-to-consumer seasoning brand with a national following and a fast-moving catalog, it needed its formulations tightened, its suppliers vetted, and its quality made defensible. We took them one at a time.

R&D

We worked on the blends themselves — tightening formulations so each one held its character from a test batch to a full production run. The aim was repeatability: a blend that tastes the same whether it's the first jar or the hundred-thousandth.

Supplier selection

We mapped the ingredient supply behind the catalog and evaluated suppliers on the things that actually move quality — origin, consistency, and the documentation to prove both. Where a supplier couldn't meet the standard, we found one who could.

Quality assurance

We built the quality system underneath the brand — a compiled certificate-of-analysis framework and a reference-sample standard, so every lot could be checked against a known-good benchmark. It's the unglamorous discipline that keeps a fast-moving catalog defensible when a buyer, a retailer, or a regulator asks.
